This role will play a critical part in driving sales performance, optimizing processes, and enabling strategic decision-making. Work
Sales Strategy & Planning
  • Collaborate with the sales leadership to develop sales strategies and support go-to-market plans.
  • Assist in sales forecasting, territory planning, and sales budgeting.
Sales Process Management
  • Develop and implement standardized sales processes and workflows.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and improve sales efficiency.
Sales Analytics & Reporting
  • Design and manage sales performance dashboards and KPIs.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize sales performance.
CRM Management
  • Maintain and enhance the CRM system to support sales activities and pipeline management.
  • Ensure data integrity and manage sales data for accurate reporting.
Deal Desk & Contract Management
  • Support complex deal structuring and pricing approvals.
  • Oversee contract management and compliance processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work with marketing, finance, and product teams to align sales initiatives.
  • Participate in product development discussions to align solutions with market needs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in transaction monitoring, quality assurance, and merchant support within the fintech industry, preferably with a payment gateway.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptive to understand transaction monitoring and quality assurance tools and software.
