Intern - Onboarding Operations

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Onboarding Operations Intern to join our Operations team. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure smooth onboarding activities, maintain data accuracy, and support various ad-hoc operational tasks aimed at enhancing overall business efficiency.

What will you be working on
  • Initiate and send requests to banks.
  • Track and follow up with banks.
  • Assist in onboarding ID creation.
  • Support the operations team with any ad-hoc onboarding or process-related tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve onboarding or account setup issues.
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Hindi to ensure clear coordination with stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
  • Basic understanding of payment systems or banking operations will be an added advantage.
Note:

This role is open to recent graduate freshers, with a preference for candidates who have prior internship experience. The position is based out of our Baner office, operating Monday to Friday (day shift), and offers a paid stipend for a 6-month tenure.
