Intern - Hubspot Operation

We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented intern to join us as a HubSpot Operations Intern. In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams to improve the quality, structure, and automation of our HubSpot CRM. You’ll assist in optimizing data flows, cleaning properties, auditing workflows, and streamlining lead management processes - ensuring HubSpot runs efficiently and supports key business operations.

What will you be working on
  • CRM Administration & Data Management:
    • Audit and clean CRM properties across contacts, companies, deals, and tickets.
    • Maintain data hygiene by identifying duplicates and incomplete records.
    • Ensure data accuracy through imports, field validation, and standardization.
  • Workflows & Automation:
    • Review and optimize HubSpot workflows related to lead assignment, contact lifecycle, and deal management
    • Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements in automation logic.
    • Test and validate workflow outcomes before deployment.
  • Reporting & Insights:
    • Support the setup of dashboards and reports for sales and marketing teams.
    • Track key CRM metrics (fill rates, usage, and engagement).
    • Assist in building reports to measure campaign and sales team performance.
  • Documentation & Process Mapping:
    • Document existing HubSpot configurations, including properties, workflows, and lists.
    • Map current business processes to HubSpot functionality and suggest alignment improvements.
    • Prepare SOPs and internal guides for CRM usage and updates.
Preferred
  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.
  • Understanding of data management and basic CRM concepts.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar tools such as Salesforce or Zoho CRM).
  • Proficient in Excel for data handling and reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities.
